• Weather in Oregon can be cold and damp. Our heated building greatly reduces the chance of your stored belongings suffering damage due to fluctuations in temperature.
• The loading area is covered, well lit, and designed for easy unloading. You and your belongings stay dry during the loading process.
• Barbur Storage has integrated a combination of security measures to provide controlled entry. The facility is monitored by continuous closed circuit digital surveillance of the access areas and the three elevator lobbys. Customer access to the building, elevator and storage areas requires use of your security ID code and is recorded electronically. Because you have your own lock and key, you are the only one with access to your storage unit.
• Our building is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems, as well as a battery back up lighting system for emergency power outages.
